If you receive a message that you are unauthorized to view LossLink, this may mean that you are not logged in to your account.

First, please click here to make sure that you are logged in.

If you are logged in, and your account is authorized, you should see the discussions page.

If you still see the message that your account is unauthorized, this means that our payment processor, Stripe, may have had trouble completing your transaction.

This means that your payment was not processed, and no charge was made to your account.

Because of this, you may not be able to proceed beyond the initial onboarding sequence (asking you for your name, birthday, etc.).

If that’s you, let’s make things right!

Here is how to complete your account:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in at: https://www.losslink.com/login
  2. If you’re signed in, you probably see a ‘You are not authorized’ page — and that’s okay!
  3. Next, we need to resubscribe your account.
  4. If you wanted to sign up for monthly membership, please go here: https://www.losslink.com/register/monthly/
  5. If you wanted to sign up yearly membership, please go here: https://www.losslink.com/register/yearly/
  6. Complete the checkout process once more and your access to LossLink should be restored.
